"Dream of Shadows" by Damien Hades

During one long cold night, while sleeping I dreamed a most ominous series of images, and
since then I've been unable to dismiss them or put what I saw out of my mind. And though I tell
myself "it's only a dream", there is a persistent feeling in my mind that there is a deep meaning
to those images and the order by which i saw them. I suppose it can best be described as a calling
or beckoning, some force either within my own psyche or maybe from somewhere unknowable and
invisible to us in the waking world... whatever it is, it WANTS me to see these visions. More than
that, it wants me to share my dream with other people, so that they may see it and share it
as well.
The images were those of shadows casted by natural forces and creatures. Some were very
large while others were much smaller. Some of the shadows I saw reminded me of The Dark Truth: The
truth that light is merely an illusion and the Darkness has been corrupted and polluted by it.
Let any person who knows this truth, also know of my dream of Shadows....

The First Shadow was that of a vulture perched upon the barren branch of a dead tree, and
was cast on the dry lifeless desert sand. The vulture's shadow stood perfectly still, but somehow
I could hear it squawking, calling out to something or someone.

The Second Shadow was that of a huge sea monster with fins like a fish, and was cast upon
a sunken ship on the ocean floor. The creature's shadow moved slowly over the ghostly remains of
the ship, and as it did, I saw multitudes of smaller sea creatures swimming and crawling their way
to the darkened shelter of that ship.

The Third Shadow was casted by the plume of ash and smoke which spewed from the mouth of
an erupting volcano. As I watched the shadow being cast over the western side of a mountain range,
I could feel the rumbling of the ground under my feet.

The Fourth Shadow was casted by the Moon as it eclipsed the Sun, telling the tale of
cosmic dance. I looked directly upon the splendor, and was blinded for some time. I still see its
image as an echo in my eyes.

The Fifth shadow was like a hand covering the sky and behind the hand I saw an Eye, whose
eye it was I cannot know. Fear woke me before It could see me, and the hand might not have been my
own.

The sixth shadow I saw was another, greater eye in the night sky, dark and mysterious and
powerful. Her tears formed the Milky Way, and when I saw Her weep, I knew She wept for me. When I
looked deeper, I saw wisdom beyond the abilities of men. This wisdom she shared with me, for that
I tremble with spirit to this day.

Black Hole, Black Whole

Imagine the world, your world and all others, as an eye. One of many ways it CAN SEE!

THE eye of everything, the universe, with light pouring into it as it opens. Ever wider does the eye open, eventually becoming ALIVE and AWARE and AWAKE!

Now Imagine we are the eyes of the world, through us it SEES ITSELF and becomes alive also.

When we awake, it learns about itself, and how to look deeper by playing with light.

It will see eyes looking back at itself. then... blink! thousands, then millions, billions of Eyes.

Each one a lens to capture light, and trap light behind it. Each opening eye like a BLACK HOLE,

Pulling the light into something else, somewhere else. twisting light into some other form,

the eyes use it to construct minds, where the strange part happens....

..light trapped in the mind is no longer light, only thought. That alone is what we call REALITY...not things around us, outside of us, not even the light itself is real, nor its reflections.

In the mind, where thoughts form experiences and memories, is a NEW kind of eye. which, when AWAKENED, must let go of the light, to see in the Dark. Once it becomes aware, it becomes real...becoming the Universe itself! that first eye to open up and trap light, to see itself in the dark...every lens pulling in light through a black hole into reality is your eye. Our eye.

THE EYE in the Dark sees everything as one thing. Its alive. all of it is alive, and its AWAKENING.
